Default: ML_LIB	= .TRUE.	if compiled with VASPml library (precompiler flag `-Dlibvaspml`)
	= .FALSE.	else

Description: ML_LIB enables/disables the use of the VASPml C++ library for machine-learning features.

Mind: Available as of VASP 6.5.0
