Description: KERNEL_TRUNCATION/IDIMENSIONALITY_CUTOFF specifies the boundary condition used to compute the hartree and ionic potential

If KERNEL_TRUNCATION/LTRUNCATE_KERNEL = T, KERNEL_TRUNCATION/IDIMENSIONALITY_CUTOFF determines the boundary condition that is used to compute the hartree and ionic potential.
