Default: AMGGAC = 1.0 if AEXXLHFCALC $ss$ .TRUE. or 1.0 if LHFCALC=.FALSE.

Description: AMGGAX specifies the fraction of meta-GGA exchange in a Hartree-Fock/meta-GGA hybrid functional type calculation.
